Useless bank. only thing was using the this bank due to easiness to pay the credit card. suddenly from 1st of December 2019 they changed their policies, now i need to physically go to FAB/DF bank stand in the queue and pay the credit card outstanding. Wonder who decides these things... so outdated.

Worst. One Indian teller sitting in 3rd counter was showing too much attitude for no reason and denied my cheque encashment by saying signature mismatch... All my colleagues been given the same signature cheque where they successfully encashed.. Please remove these kind of employees.... Worst Branch !!!!! Worst customer service...

Worst service in whole UAE. This is the 1st time in UAE I faced such negligence in dealing with customers and not acting even if you file so many complaints. I would give less than one star but this the minimum I could give.

Very Bad that they are not even responding to customer reviews or not taking any actions to improve there service. If you see the comments here anyone will understand how bad the service is. Hopefully FAB will take some action.
